Letter received from the Attorney General

  1. Mr. Protheroe,

You sir, have reached an impasse. You either take down down the "offending" passages of your Web Site; as suggested by Bleijie, in the full knowledge of knowing that your pursuit for justice is over, or you inform Bliejie that you will not be taking such "offending" passages down, again fully understanding Bliejie may well move to prosecute you. In one respect your quest is over, while in another, it is just beginning. Having once been where you are positioned right now, I do not envy you the decision you have to arrive at….either path is not for the feint hearted, given all considerations. I wish you well.

  2. So now freedom is speech is to be taken away as well? That is what you believe. If it is not true so be it, but you are entitled to express your feeling or is that also now against the law.

  3. So now for expressing your thoughts you are threatened with prosecution. The public already have no belief in the system. The government has already taken that by making judges puppets to the puppet masters.

  4. Not being from a legal background I don't know if I am right or not but its in black and white "you are to take steps to edit or remove".... what about just changing it to "After consideration I don't give a rats..." They that line to be changed OR removed. Just a thought. You would be changing it as requested after all.

I say you just block the ip addresses of any of the corrupt pigs and keep expressing the truth!

Why does every decision the thieves in blue shirts feel like it's coming from the Nationalist Socialist Republic speeches??

Jarrod... Go crawl back in ur hole u little worm!

  6. Ironic that he is threatening you with criticizing these things. Has he warned Campbell Neumann in the same manner? I think he is undermining confidence in the courts by being AG and acting this way.

  7. re your seeking legal advice----advise Mr Bleijie that you do not have the same 'means' as to payment of legal fees that we notice the MPs are privy to. This highlights the moral responsibility of the government to be separate from the police service. This is one thing this government misses or has no concern about. Whether it's a police officer who makes a mistake and shoots a person, or another police officer who is prepared to lie in the internal investigation to achieve a forced transfer. Both officers have done wrong by the public and extended family and should be able to trust the government to be separate from the police and the truth be known. Enquiries and investigations that arrive at a finding that allows the cover up to continue are corrupt, Mr Bleijie. Mr Bleijie, I believe it is your job to re-view these cases so that regardless of consequences to the police officers involved, the people of Queensland know you will not accept anything other than the truth.
